Refund Policy

Upon a confirmed meeting and a scheduled consultation time, we ask for your payment. We do not refund that payment after the session has been completed.

We do not keep any client information or data on our computer. The clients will fill out the Budget Sheet themselves and share it via screen share during the meeting. We only analyze the data during the session. During or after the session, the clients are responsible for saving the filled-out Budget Sheet data on their personal devices. Screen sharing is only for discussions, analysis, and advice. Budget Lady does not keep any of the client's information, and we only provide advice and guidance. We are not liable for any of the client's financial decisions.

We reserve the right to the content of our website and the customized budget sheet PDF. Reproduction of any part of this content without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
